Our mission is for the employees to learn to take care of their health at work and outside of work, boost their physical activity, live up to their potential, build mental resilience, cope with stress, feel satisfaction with the job, the employer and ultimately with life. We act in a variety of ways: we create awareness through education, take care of health by providing medical care and prevention, act in the workplace and help implement change permanently.

The term 'well-being' implies not only lack of diseases, but also the full use of vital forces, happiness and satisfaction with life. Important aspects of wellbeing are: a sense of meaning, satisfaction with one's relationships, belonging to a group, being able to realise one's aspirations and fulfil one's needs.

We spend as much as a third of the day at work. According to the CBOS survey "Health and health-oriented behaviour of Poles", as many as 42% of respondents indicate that work is a very important aspect of their lives. Over the past three decades, the belief that a health-oriented lifestyle supports us to function better on a daily basis has increased threefold. Health persists at the forefront of the most sought-after values for Poles.

Based on the studies at the Harvard University, the Employer engaged in health projects can count on 2.5 times the return on investment. Promotion of health at work leads the reduction of absenteeism on average by 25%. The J. Nofer Institute of Occupational Medicine conducted a study with a sample of 1,000 medium and large workplaces, whose results indicated that half of the companies noted higher work productivity after implementation of health programmes.
