Occupational Medicine examinations in LUX MED are convenient for your employees. We provide online examination appointments – at a convenient time and place. All your employee needs is a referral and an account on the Patient Portal. Occupational Medicine e-Referrals provide convenient online management of examinations by the employer: we offer the first Occupational Medicine e-Referral application on the market to streamline examination management. The app allows the employer to save time, reduce costs and gain full control of the process.
Scope of Occupational Medicine examinations: return-to-work examinations, preliminary examinations, periodic examinations, sanitary and epidemiological examinations, periodic examinations due to deterioration of health (including eyesight), completion of referral for occupational medicine examinations, implementation of preventive examinations during pandemics.

Review of workplaces – occupational medicine doctor, occupational health nurse;
Participation of an occupational medicine specialist in the company occupational health and safety commissions;
Preparing an opinion for the the accident committee;
Helping determine the composition of the first aid kit;
Arranging groups of employees reported directly by the employer.
Monitoring the validity of certificates. If their expiry date is imminent, the assistant contacts the employer to provide the details of the employees for whom the employer should issue a referral for Occupational Medicine re-examination. Thanks to close cooperation with our partner clinics we have developed a parallel system of monitoring for occupational doctor’s certificates issued in our partner clinics throughout the country which we are going to implement in the near future. Wherever the characteristics of the IT-system permit, we integrate the in-shop clinics into our IT-system. Thanks to this solution, the doctors in the company clinics have non-stop online access to patients’ medical records stored in the system.

Note: The employer requests the participation of an occupational medicine specialist in the company occupational health and safety commission. The request should be submitted at least two weeks before the meeting (due to the need to book the occupational medicine doctor's hours).
