Who can use the Patient Portal?
The Portal can be used by any Patient who has an active medical package purchased from the LUX MED Group. People without subscription have no access to the application. They can arrange for paid services using the Portal's browser version.

Keeping you safe is our top priority. Therefore, all data you share with us are encrypted according to certificates of authoritative institutions.
How is the password assigned?
We generate the initial password in the system and send it to you in an SMS. You will be asked to set your password the first time you enter the system. The password should contain at least 8 characters, including: one number, one lowercase letter and one uppercase letter. Only the User knows the password.
