  • After using a service, in the details you’ll also find your doctor’s recommendations, referrals, prescriptions, and other information to support your recovery.

Create an account on the Patient Portal

The registration is very simple - you will go through it on your own, on your computer or smartphone, without leaving your home.

During the registration, we will ask for your current phone number, email address, and PESEL number. If you don't have a PESEL number, simply provide your nationality, gender, and date of birth.

After creating an account, you can use the Patient Portal through a web browser on your computer and via the mobile application on your device.
