You can take advantage of the insurance whenever: you receive a referral for hospital treatment, you are pregnant and planning childbirth, your health condition worsens or you have suffered an injury.
When can I use the help of the Hospital Care Coordinator?
The Hospital Care Coordinator will help you whenever:
you experience any ailments – the situation is sudden, you need urgent help,
your doctor will recommend more thorough diagnostics in the hospital setting,
your doctor will diagnose suspected cancer and you will be referred for diagnostics in the hospital setting,
you have a referral for a planned procedure,
you are pregnant – and your insurance covers childbirth in a private hospital,
you need rehabilitation after hospital treatment,
you need psychological care – before, during and after hospital treatment.

How can the Hospital Care Coordinator help you?
The Hospital Care Coordinator (in collaboration with hospital employees) will facilitate the use of care at every stage of the treatment:
they support the schedule of examinations and hospital admission,
they help you collect the necessary medical records and make sure they are complete,
they organise medical transport, if necessary,
they contact the relatives you indicate, providing them with the necessary information,
if necessary, they arrange for the relatives' stay in hospital,
they prepare the records – they collect all post-operative recommendations, referrals and prescriptions
they arrange hospital discharge,
they schedule a follow-up appointment.
How much time do I have before reporting an event after receiving referral to the hospital?
You must submit an application for a service that you will fill in with your Hospital Treatment Coordinator within 30 days from the date of issue of the referral to hospital treatment.
How long will I be waiting for the service?
According to the General Insurance Policy, we have up to 30 days for the commencement of service provision. However, we are committed to ensuring that our Patients get the shortest waiting time possible.
