If you receive a referral for hospital treatment, contact your Hospital Care Coordinator within 30 days of the referral date.

The Coordinator will register your report and confirm your rights. They will help you complete the request for the services and will explain to you what documents will be needed before the start of hospital treatment

Check the treatment proposal

The Coordinator will contact you within 3 days and present a proposal for hospital treatment. They will tell you which hospital can offer you treatment and how your treatment will proceed.

Select a hospital and the Coordinator will help you prepare for your stay there.

The Coordinator will contact you to confirm that you have accepted the treatment offer. They will provide you with all the information – consultation dates, hospital admissions, examinations and procedure itself. If necessary, the Coordinator will arrange your medical transportation.

Undergo the examinations and report to the hospital

The Coordinator will confirm the Patient's hospital treatment. The Coordinator will supervise your admission to hospital and the smooth course of treatment.

Contact the Hospital Treatment Coordinator immediately in case of urgent need for hospital treatment.

The Phone Line is available 24/7. The Coordinator will accept your application and confirm your data. They will listen to your medical problem and immediately, during the conversation, will suggest a facility where we can provide you with urgent help. If you agree to the treatment offered during the conversation, the Coordinator will immediately inform the selected facility and arrange for medical transportation (if needed).

Beginning your hospital treatment

Your Coordinator in the hospital will have all the necessary information, coordinate your admission, the examinations required and, if necessary arrange for your relatives to stay in the hospital.
